Enter Time by Crew Member – STRUXI Field Management

Time entry by crew member is great for recording time for individual people working on multiple cost codes. Here you can enter hours for one crew member at a time but can quickly allocate their time across multiple cost codes.

Navigate to Time Allocation
Choose By Crew Member from the drop-down
Choose your Job from the drop-down
Select the Date
Select a Crew Member to enter time for
Search or use the drop-down to find the correct Cost Code
Enter the Hours for the selected cost code
Add Time Attributes to hours as needed - not required
*Overtime (OT), Double Time (DT), and Paid Time Off (PTO) attributes are included in the default list dropdown
Select Save or hit Enter on your keyboard to add the time. The total hours and attributes applied to the cost code for the highlighted crew member is then displayed below
Repeat for additional crew members, cost codes, dates, and jobs as needed
