Gather the needed Azure AD information.
The following information will need to be sent to Penta Technologies, Inc.:
- Name of Organization
- Tenant ID
- Using the credentials for a global administrator user, login to portal.azure.com and open the Azure Active Directory window. Within the Overview tab, locate your Tenant ID.
- Using the credentials for a global administrator user, login to portal.azure.com and open the Azure Active Directory window. Within the Overview tab, locate your Tenant ID.
- Global Admin OID
- Open the Azure Active Directory within the Azure Portal.
- Click Users.
- Click on the user of interest.
- Locate the Object ID (OID).
- Once the Name of the Organization, Tenant ID, and Global Admin OID have been gathered, please send the information to your primary contact at Penta Technologies, Inc. via an encrypted email.
Enable the STRUXI Applications.
Once you receive confirmation from Penta that your tenant information has been added to the STRUXI database, proceed with the following steps:
- Using the credentials for a global administrator user, login to portal.azure.com and open your Azure Active Directory.
- Enable the STRUXI API and STRUXI (front-end) applications within your Active Directory using the following links:
- STRUXI API App: https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/authorize?client_id=367d70e7-e266-40d4-aed8-40ee4674467b&prompt=admin_consent&response_type=code
STRUXI App: https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/authorize?client_id=753fc141-1aaf-432d-b9c6-51f3080079b7&prompt=admin_consent&response_type=code (takes a minute or two to load after you grant consent) - NOTE: After the consent prompt comes up and you accept, you'll see an error message about a redirect URl. This is expected and is not an issue.
- STRUXI API App: https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/authorize?client_id=367d70e7-e266-40d4-aed8-40ee4674467b&prompt=admin_consent&response_type=code
- Make sure that the global administrator grants admin consent for the Struxi and Struxi App enterprise applications by going to:
- Home > <domain> > Enterprise applications > Struxi > Permissions > Grant admin consent for <domain>.
- Home > <domain> > Enterprise applications > Struxi API > Permissions >Grant admin consent for <domain>.
Allow STRUXI to authenticate using your organization's Microsoft credentials.
- As your organization's IT Admin ("Global Administrator"), navigate to https://struxi.app.
- Sign in using your Microsoft admin credentials.
- Microsoft will prompt you that STRUXI is requesting permissions from your organization.
- Review and check the box to "Consent on behalf of your organization".

Click Accept.
That's it! Now your organization's users can use their normal Microsoft credentials to sign into STRUXI. Any new users added to your organization down the road will be covered as well.
