Set Up and Edit Jobs

1. Navigate to Job Setup.
2. Click the Upload icon.
3. Download the template csv if you'd like.
   
   • Enter/paste in your data, and Save.
4. Select your csv file for upload.
5. Review the information in the preview pane.
6. Once you verify everything looks correct, click Upload.

Important things to keep in mind:

• The upload process will create new and update existing jobs and cost codes. It will not delete existing jobs or cost codes that are absent from the file.
• We recommend downloading and using the template so you know all the information STRUXI lets you import.
  
  • Job Identifier and Job Name are required for each job.
• If a JobStatus is not provided, a default of "Active" will be used.
• If a cost code's UOM is not provided, a default of EA (Each) will be used.
