Enter Time by Crew

Time entry by crew is great for recording time for multiple people working on the same costcode. Here you can enter hours for one or many people at a time.

1. Navigate to Time Allocation 
2. Choose By Crew from the drop-down  
3. Choose your Job from the drop-down 
4. Select the Date 
5. Create a Crew 
6. Select a Crew (6a) to enter time for all crew members, or select one or more Crew Members (6b)  
7. Search or use the drop down to find the correct Cost Code 
8. Enter the Hours for the selected cost code
9. Add Time Attributes to hours as needed - not required
   *Overtime (OT), Double Time (DT), and Paid Time Off (PTO) attributes are included in the default list dropdown
10. Select Save to add the time. The total hours applied to the cost code across all selected employees and attributes is then displayed below. 
11. Repeat for additional cost codes, employees, dates, and jobs as needed
