Crews are comprised of crew members regularly working on the same cost codes. Check out this guide to managing the people in your crews.
Set Up or Edit a Crew
- Navigate to Time Allocation
- Choose By Crew from the drop-down
- Choose your Job from the drop-down
- Click Add Crew to create the first crew for a job and foreman or the Plus icon to create an additional crew.
- Enter a Crew Name
- Search or use the drop-down to find the correct Crew Members
- Select Done to create the new crew.
- Edit the members of the crew at any time.
- Repeat for additional crews.
