STRUXI Field Management Release Notes (07/27/2023)

PTO Functionality: With the newest update, you are now able to log PTO hours right on Struxi!

• PTO is now one of the Default Time attributes that can be assigned when entering hours:
• On the "Weekly By Crew" view, PTO appears as Overhead time (OH).  OH is a new category displayed after DT:
• PTO Hours can be added to either a job and cost code combination, or they can be added with these elements absent.  Every user now has an "Overhead" option in the Job dropdown where PTO can be assigned without a job:
• PTO hours that aren't assigned to a job will appear when any job is selected in the Weekly by Crew view.  In the Cost Code column, an italicized "None" will be listed:

We are excited to announce a significant enhancement to our Weekly by Crew Screen in our system. Previously, when crew members left or switched crews in the middle of a week, they would not display in their original crew.

With our latest improvements, this limitation has been successfully addressed. Now, employees will be accurately represented in all the crews they worked with during the week. In simpler terms, if an employee was part of the selected crew at any point during the week, they will be included in that crew's view on the weekly screen.

This enhancement greatly benefits Foremen by providing them with a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of their employees' activities and hours worked throughout the entire week.
