STRUXI Field Management Release Notes (06/13/2023)

Edit Time in “Weekly by Crew” selection- We are excited to announce that you can now edit time directly from the “Weekly by Crew” view!

Before, this was a view that allowed you to view your weekly time, but not edit it without leaving the screen.  With the recent release, we allow you to view your time and make changes:

• Add time to a new cost code: Navigate to the “Weekly By Crew” view of the time allocation page and select an employee.  There is now a button to the left of the text reading “Cost Code”.  Click it to add time for a new cost code:

• Edit/add time to a previously used Cost Code: Alternatively, select the carrot on the row of a cost code already used.  A new row will open where you can add more time.  You can also edit the time already entered by selecting the pencil button, or remove any rows by selecting the trash can button:

**Please note: if there are multiple Time Attributes on the same day for the same cost code (an employee might work regular and overtime hours, for example), you will not be able to edit time for that day on the weekly view.  The pencil icon will not be available, and “[Multiple]” will appear under Time Attribute.

• Enhancements have been applied to the time allocation screen, including a change that filters out inactive jobs.
• Enhancements have been applied to ensure precise cost code assignment, eliminating the possibility of assigning codes to incorrect jobs.

In the following weeks, you will have the option to log your PTO (Paid Time Off) hours on Struxi. PTO will be categorized as Overhead time within the system. When viewing the "Weekly By Crew" time allocation screen, you will notice a new type of hours called "OH" (OverHead) displayed after the "DT" category. This will allow you to easily track and manage your PTO hours.
